- The athlete's screens: Load, Progress, Load curve; Export to CSV shares a file with one row per session (date, laps, laps led, passes, load, curve date, average, best lap); Stop synchronizing stops requesting this athlete from FINISH (sessions already received stay, 10 years at most; Resume synchronization undoes it).
- Key figures: number of sessions, load of the current week (from Monday), today's acute / chronic ratio, best lap and its date. If the athlete has no load curve yet, an orange warning says so.
- The sessions, newest first (40, then Show more): date, session name and FINISH, number of laps, best lap, load (“—”: no curve in effect that day). Tap a session for its details.
Sessions: training and competitions
Show: lists training, competitions (official races) or everything. A session gathers an athlete's laps with no break of more than one hour, even if they come from several FINISH sessions. On the PC, select several sessions (Shift or Ctrl) then Export to Excel…: see Export to Excel.
