- The evaluation: the best lap of each session, or its best run of N consecutive laps (2 to 10), as an average per lap; and the period of the bests (week, month, season, year).
- The record and its date; the trend over the last 12 months (in seconds per month: negative, faster); the gap between the last 14 days and the 8 weeks before: above +2 %, the screen flags clearly slower times (accumulated fatigue?).
- In grey, each session; in cyan, the 28-day moving average; in vermilion, the best of each period; in green, the trend line over the whole period (with its R² under the chart: close to 1, the trend is clear).
Further down: the chronic load over two years (a load that rises for a long time without rest can explain times that improve less), and the table of the best of each period with the gap to the previous one.
Best runs
The best run of N laps is the smallest sum of N consecutive laps of a session (sliding window). A suspect lap breaks the run: no run goes through it. In a tie, the earliest wins.
