- The period: day (last 42 days), week (26, Monday to Sunday), month (24), season or year (10). The season starts on the day set in Settings (July 1 by default).
- The sum of the session loads of each period; in cyan, the current period. The table under the screen gives the same totals, with the dates and the number of sessions.
- Today's acute / chronic ratio and its two terms.
- The ratio over the last 120 days, over its bands: green from 0.8 to 1.3, orange from 1.3 to 1.5, red above; the dotted line marks 1.0.
How it is calculated
- Acute load: the sum of the loads of the last 7 days (today included) divided by 7. Chronic load: the sum of the last 28 days divided by 28. A day without a session counts as 0.
- Ratio = acute ÷ chronic. Around 1, the recent load looks like the usual one; above 1.5, it rose sharply; below 0.8, it dropped (rest, injury, holidays).
- A session before the first version of the curve has no load: the screen says how many are not counted.
