The “Coupe Hollywood” board (4 rows × 10) during race P03: overall view, as the window scales it. Invented data.
  1. The board shown and the summary: transponders available, out and to return.
  2. “Put everything back on the board”: a new session (the station forgets what it noted).
  3. Rows A and B: double hooks (2 feet), two halves; each shows its transponder's identifier in large print, the usual code below.
  4. Rows C and D: single hooks (1 foot), one transponder in its colour.
  5. Ghosts that are out: the athlete's short name and bib, the race and its status chip (green: in progress; yellow: loaded; white: upcoming).
  6. To return: race P01 is finished (blue chip) and the pair has not come back; orange frame.
  7. An empty hook (no transponder).

Close-up of the first three columns, with an information bubble open. Invented data.
  1. A pair that is out: each half shows the athlete, “OUT”, race P03 and its green chip (in progress).
  2. Available, with the next athlete: “Next: …”. Double-tap: the pair is handed to them.
  3. A double hook with only one half out (P05, white chip: upcoming); the other stays on the board.
  4. The information bubble (mouse hover, or long press with a finger): identifier, codes, number, hook, half and foot, status, athlete, race, and the other races that use the transponder.

Gestures

  • Double-tap a ghost (or a “to return”): the transponder is returned and becomes available. On a double hook: the pair.
  • Double-tap an available transponder that has a next athlete: it is handed to that athlete (ghost for that race).
  • Tap a half-cell of a double hook: only that one is returned or handed out.
  • Put everything back on the board: the station forgets what it noted (new session).

What stays on the station

Returned and handed out are noted by MAPPING only: FINISH does not see them. The assignment itself always comes from FINISH.
