The three modules
The EVENT header has three modules, like tabs: Event, History and Broadcast.
| Module | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Event | The open event: entries, races, heats (and rounds), schedule, results, standings. |
| History | The imported heats, laps and overall standings, across all competitions, read-only. |
| Broadcast | The overall standings of the open event's races, sent to the scoreboards. |
The example data
The examples and scenarios in this help use a fictitious federation, clubs and athletes: the national federation SPEEDSKATING FAMOUS (SKF), its regional federation HOLLYWOOD SPEEDSKATING (HSK), nine clubs and eighty athletes. You can import the same list into EVENT to follow the scenarios.
- athletes.csv (“;” separator, as in Excel in French), athletes.xlsx, athletes.json: the 80 athletes;
- clubs.json and federations.json.
